Every business needs promotion and advertising. But what if the money earned is not enough to conduct an aggressive promotion of your taxi service? There is one very effective way out, you can use the money that has not yet been earned. This is the money, which you haven't got yet, but which you can earn in the future. In fact, by investing this virtual money, you gain real income. Within our system, virtual currency is called bonuses.
For each of your clients, a personal bonus account is established, through which virtual money will be processed. The client can pay the accumulated bonuses for trips in your taxi. But as practice shows, most customers accumulate their bonuses and very rarely use them. We have implemented several wonderful systems for crediting bonuses to the client's account.
The system that gives bonuses to the customer upon completion of the order, is called the Bonus Program. You can configure the system in such a way that, for example, for every 5th order, the client's bonus account will be increased by 5% of the order value. For every 10th order, 10% of the order value will be given to the client's bonus account, and if the customer places 100 orders in the last 30 days, they will receive 100% of the order value to the bonus account. This system is well proven in the fight against competitors who start a price war. Let's suppose your competitor has reduced the fare by 50%. You can, leaving your old fares or even raising them, launch an advertising campaign that sounds like "order our taxi and we will refund 50% of the cost of the trip." What is the difference? The main difference is that your competitor does not receive this 50%, and you receive the payment in full. Of course, you may sometime need to return them to the client in the form of payment for the trip, but by that time you will have significantly increased your profit.
Even if the client claims his bonus, you remain the winner. First of all, you will not have to give all this money to the driver, you will still keep your 10%. In this case, you have already earned 10% more than your competitor who has low tariffs. It is so even though you compensate to the driver 100% of the amount paid in bonuses. However, you may choose not to compensate it to the driver or share bonus trips with the driver 50/50. Using this strategy, you increase the number of orders without significant costs and low tariffs. Following the increase in your orders, you will increase the number of drivers. This means that in the short term, you have increased your income. In the long run, a percentage of this income will have to be returned in the form of trips paid in bonuses. But experiencing the significant growth of the number of loyal customers, you simply won't feel it.
With the help of our second tool of attracting customers, you can promote your taxi service without investing anything in advertising. Your clients themselves will be interested in bringing new ones to your taxi service and that they would travel as much as possible. This is a referral system, also called an Affiliate Program, which you can call "bring a friend." The essence of this system is that your existing client can bring their friend to your service. This friend provides you the number of the discount account of the person who invited them and receives a bonus. And your old client, who invited the new one, will begin to receive a certain percentage of the cost of his friend's orders. Only you control the size of the bonuses and the number of orders for which a partner can receive bonuses.
The next system is a discount system, called the Loyalty Program. Unlike bonuses, this system provides a discount on the current order. The principle of operation of this system is similar to the one of the Bonus Program, with the difference that the discount is calculated when making an order, and the driver's compensation on the discount is calculated upon the completion of the order. The amount of compensation for each discount is set separately.
One more system of attracting customers is the Promo Code system. You create a promotional code, for example, the word "sunny". In the settings of this promo code you specify, let's say, a 3% discount and specify the period of validity of this promotional code, for example, during the summer. The only thing you have to do now is to spread the information about the ongoing promotion and wait for calls. When calling, the client reports the code word. The operator enters it into the system, and if an active promotion with this code is going on, the client receives a discount. This system is very simple but no less effective.

Using them, you enter the market where UBER, GetTaxi, Yandex and other online services work. Using these applications, the client receives the possibility to calculate the cost of the trip and order a taxi completely by himself.
